Overall the property was ok and reflective of what we expected. However on check in we had an issue with the cleanliness of our bedding which had clearly not been changed and was obviously stained and the general condition of the property was below the level we experience elsewhere. The response was initially quick however the issue was not fixed and the accuracy from the customer service team not reflective of the facts. We decided not to engage further with the customer service team as we wanted to focus on our holiday and decided to wash the bedding our selves which is not acceptable really. This was poor and odd because we totally accept issues happen and what was a simple solution that would in turn of created a positive experience if fixed quickly tainted our perception We travel to the us frequently and will not consider shine villas or VRBO again
