This newly stylishly decorated family friendly FIRST floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the Windsor Hills Resort. A gated community that includes free parking, heated pool, hot tub, kid splash zone, store, workout & arcade room and movie theater. It is within 2 miles from Disney's Maingate and within proximity to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Downtown Orlando. Wether you are looking for the Florida Disney experience or a relaxing vacation by the pool, this condo is for you.
**IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure
Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5 to February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.
Windsor Hills Resort;
This is Windsor Hills, perhaps the best resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and a resort that is firmly established as THE place to vacation for families of all sizes.
It is widely considered to be a premier resort and once you have stayed there you will see why!. 24 hour security, a very active clubhouse with a games room, small electronics arcade, several play areas, and a large community pool complete with a water slide!. With a basketball court, tennis courts, small putting area, and even a business center for those who have to work as well, this resort provides everything you could need.
The facilities in Windsor Hills are as good as anywhere in town and you won't have to break the bank to enjoy them. All Windsor Hills properties are located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
Universal Studios-Orlando is about 25 minutes away, and Sea World about 20 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach of here too, including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this excellent community, and the beautiful course at Celebration, only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too.
There really is no denying that the reputation this resort has earned over the last 10 years is well deserved and will ensure that Windsor Hills remains one of the top destinations for families for many years to come.

The home you see featured here is called 'Mickey's Welcome Inn' and it is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in Windsor Hills. It is a first floor unit, and located less just over a three minute walk from the main clubhouse area. As you would expect, this very popular condo also comes extremely well equipped.
Mickey's Welcome Inn is a very spacious condo with a refreshingly clean appearance that allows the curtains to excel. It has a nice, welcoming, comforting feel to it that hits you the moment you walk in.
Mickey's Welcome Inn sleeps 4-6 people comfortably,. The bedrooms consist of 1 Masters, with a King size bed, and a second bedroom with plenty of room for playing, that houses 2 queen beds.
Mickey's Welcome Inn also has a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 50 inch flat screen television. Both bedrooms large flat screen tv's and also have cable TV.
Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, all providing the kind of 'comfort' from which this excellent condo gets its name!.
