We wish the temperature of the spa/pool were warmer. You can tell things have wear and tear and need a fresh update. But over all it was a beautiful place, that my family, enjoyed spending together. And the house accommodation everyone nicely. One of the perks was the amount of king/Queen needs vs twins.

We had 13 people age ranging from 3 months to 58. House was beautiful clean and all things worked as they should. Pool was warm and bbq was great.

We had a fantastic stay in Champions Gate. It was the perfect retreat to get away from the crowds after a busy day at the theme parks. The house was as described and had fantatsic facilities. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this spacious home and the heated pool. We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in this well stocked kitchen. Great family memories were made!

Great space for group!

This worked really well for the group of us coming from out-of-state for an event. Plenty of bed-beds (bunk beds can be hard for athletes) and bathrooms which is critical for a group for sure. Nice spaces and amenities for the group while offering every couple in the group their own space. Worked well, communication was good even when we briefly set off the fire alarm and it was easy to get us all in and out as needed. Lovely stay!

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was clean and in good condition. It worked great for an extended family staying together like ours with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great extras such as theater room, game rooms, private pool, etc. It was about a 30 minute drive to Disney parks in the morning with traffic. Highly recommend.

Great trip!

The property was very clean, and in a great location. The description was accurate, and the property owner was exceptionally responsive. The only downside, which had nothing to do with the property or the owner, was that we experienced delays getting into Championsgate a handful of times due to the staff at the gate. The process there was not as smooth as it could have been. Otherwise we truly enjoyed the stay!

Great Place and Close To Disney Attractions

We loved this place. We have been to Cheer Summit the last 3 years and this location and house has by far been our favorite. The rooms were awesome and comfortable. The location was absolutely PERFECT!! And the response to our questions about guests getting in were done in a very timely manner, which was much appreciated. If you have a large family and kids, it's a great place for them. Plenty of room to hang out, play games both in the play area and online and the pool was fantastic!! I especially enjoyed the living room set up, as it allowed for all of us to sit and chat after a long day of parks and cheer. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!! Marisa

Very nice, very clean home - lots of extras

We stayed at this property as our home base for a Disney vacation. Everyone felt the house was very clean. My kids were over the moon about the extras like the air hockey table and the gaming consoles. The communication from the owners was quick and very good. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was exactly what we wanted to relax near after a full day of Disney. This property is probably a 15-20 min drive to the Disney parks and 20-30 to Universal. The traffic is very very heavy but we found it always moved very steadily. I felt the cost of the house was very reasonable and worth the price. My only very minor suggestion would be that it would have been nice to have a few very basic supplies in the house like garbage bags (only one provided), dishwashing detergent (only one provided), toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and pool towels...very few towels provided overall. But again that was very minor and we overall really enjoyed the property.

This house is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. It was very clean and had something for everyone. The hosts were wonderful at communication and responding immediately. Check in was easy and smooth with great directions. I left a valuable and sentimental necklace there when we left and they did everything to get it back to me. They were amazing with that,and it was so appreciated!! a couple things that we noticed that could be done to make the stay better was that there were no hotpads in the kitchen so we kept burning ourselves trying to take things out of the oven with a towel. Also a couple pool towels would be great to put in the house since there was only 1bath towel each. The last house we rented in the same neighborhood had 8 pool towels. When you fly you cant pack those and they are 15 dollars per towel at the club house to purchase. Last thing is the blankets on the bed were extremely light and only one blanket. Were were all freezing every night. Some extra blankets in each bedroom would be highly recommended. Otherwise overall a wonderful stay. Thanknypupurchase thing couole things

Just ok

We have used VRBO for years. This home although spacious was not cleaned well, things were broken or missing such as the air hockey table, missing or broken decorations on the walls. The carpets were not clean at all and old and gathered up in most rooms. We have always had items in the home but this home had no pool towels or even enough towels for guests for the week. No bed comforters or duvets as in the photos and there was only one blanket per bed. No extra sheets or bedding in case it was necessary to change and with no extra pool towels we had to consistently do laundry (not what anyone would want to do on vacation). If you stay here bring a hairdryer because there is only one in the whole house and it is so slow to dry. In fact on the last days it started to smoke and burn and I didn’t turn it on again. The pool gate latch was broken as well and the hot tub wasn’t hot at all! Looking at the pictures in the listing, the layout is the same but not the same house . Even kitchen and flooring is totally different. I was confused. The house was in a good location in but often hit a lot of traffic to get to the parks. The clubhouse was easily accessible with beautiful pools, lazy River and slide. Honestly, I would say that this house was again spacious but unfortunately not set up as a true vacation home and it was very misleading in the photos. It breaks my heart to say these negatives but like I’ve said, we love VRBO and always use this site but this home was just a dud.
