Overall, our stay has had a mix of positives and frustrations. Check-in went smoothly, and the condo itself appears to have been recently remodeled, which was nice at first glance. The pool and hot tub area were a highlight—very clean and well maintained, and the kids really enjoyed that part of the stay.Unfortunately, there have been several issues inside the unit that have made things less comfortable. The flooring is buckling in the bathroom and between the living area and kitchen, and the shower pan has visible cracks. The shower design also causes water to run onto the bathroom floor, though there is a floor drain.The kitchen was not properly equipped—there were no pots, pans, or cooking utensils, and the microwave was sitting on the dining table, leaving no real place to eat. The refrigerator never properly cooled our food, even after 48 hours (though the freezer did work). We notified staff about this, but even after reporting it, no one ever followed up or contacted us until sunday 830pm. None of this was resolved at checkout. Was offered a 200 refund There were missing pillowcases for the sleeper sofa.Staff interactions were mostly positive, though the daytime front desk clerk we encountered did not seem very welcoming.
