The jacuzzi never worked, the stairs were very hard for me. Not handicap accessible. Not enough kitchen ware for an extended stay. The place itself was good. Just not equipped for a long stay.

Good bed

Bed was super comfortable as was living room. But kitchen was a disaster. No kettle. No pots except one large soup pot. Very few dishes, only 2 cups and two side plates. No kitchen utensils to cook with or any food prep knives.Lack of garbage pails in bathrooms.No washcloths.

Good place with minuses

Condo is nice and clean, however the jacuzzi in the washroom does not work and should be advertised as such; the kitchen lacks supplies (you cannot cook a full meal - and you won't even find a salad bowl); one tiny garbage bin with one bag -in the kitchen - none in the living area, bedroom or washroom. MANY outdoor stairs to get to the condo. Again, condo looks good, but it lacks hosting with supplies, etc. This would not require much effort or from its owner.

Dissapointment and underappointed condo

Condo had a couple of junky pans to cook in and 4 forks, 4 spoons, had to wash dishes every time after cooking. Not even salt/pepper stocked.This place looked nice in pictures, basically was lipstick on a pig. We inquired for an early checkin but the host did not get back with us for hours after they said they would check right away and we were stuck in the parking lot waiting literally for 4 hours to get into the condo. The smell in the condo was horrrible from the neighbors drying their ski boots in the entrance way. Overall, not a great experience and it could have been much better with more attention and care placed into the condo and communications.

A big part of why I booked the condo was because it had a large jetted tub, however it didn't work. When I texted our contact about this she apologized, said someone could look at it the next day and offered to switch us to a different unit the next day. Unfortunately, there was a snow storm the next day and I was ill so switching units wasn't ideal. Cosmetically everything looked great but it was lacking in the details. TV remote battery low, didnt always work Tv glitching (perhaps the wifi was an issue) Curtain rod fell when opened the curtains, not attached properly Only 2 full-sized towels for 2 adults for 2 nights Fireplace had no thermostat or fan Balcony not accessible as it hadn't been shoveled Only one flickering bulb in chandelier when there should have been 4 Lacking good sized cookware Mouse poop in the kitchen cupboard
