“staff at the front desk need to be more welcoming, lack of good customer services. No offer of luggage service to our room. The room location was not step free, it was outside the main build and it was raining, be careful of the slippery tiles ”

“We had a brilliant stay at Lebay beach, having previously stayed here a couple of years ago we knew it was nice. The staff are what make the place, they are so friendly and helpful.

“Excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Location not great - it’s a bus ride into Larnaca and the nearest beaches aren’t up to much.
Our biggest gripe, though, was that we were not informed beforehand that the pool was being renovated. the pool was a major factor in choosing the hotel and, apart from a ramshackle taverna, there is nothing much nearby, so we were not happy.”
