「It's a cozy place to escape from the big city. While we walk into the hotel, we received warm welcome right away. The people at front desk are very friendly and nice. Their breakfast are great. First night I found my bed mattress got problem, after I told them, they changed it right away. Not far away from Station (about 10 minutes walk), but it's located at a quite nice area. We are really enjoy staying there.」

「The location is great, just a few minutes to the town centre. The area is quiet so you can take a nice rest after a long hike. The room is very comfy and seems it’s newly renovated.」

「A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable. People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem. If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. 」

「Beautiful house,very clean and I saw them cleaning the room after we left and it was very thorough. Food superb and substantial with canapes and sorbet mouth cleansers we could not finish a substantial main course and no room for desert. Service friendly. 」

「Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable. But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out. I still highly recommend this hotel. 」
