    ■ Your Other Home, Far from Home

At SERENE Osaka, we are not simply creating a place to sleep while travelling.

What we want to create is a home where, even far from your own, you can return at the end of the day and feel:

    "We're home. "

    Travel brings excitement.

    You walk down unfamiliar streets.

    Discover new places.

Try food you’ve never tasted before.

Spend the day surrounded by people, lights, sounds, and experiences that are different from everyday life.

But when the day is over, what you need begins to change.

You want somewhere to put down your bags.

Somewhere to take off your shoes.

A table where everyone can sit together.

A living room where the family can talk.

A bathroom you don’t have to wait too long to use.

And a bedroom where you can close the door and rest in your own space.

That is why we do not think of SERENE Osaka simply as a place to stay.

    We think of it as:

another home where you can live together for a few days while travelling.

    Spend the day exploring Osaka.

Then come home and set your own pace.

    That is SERENE Osaka.

    ■ 01 | Location & Transport

Step Outside and You Are in the Heart of Osaka

This SERENE Osaka home is located in the heart of Namba, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi.

Many of Osaka’s most famous dining, shopping, sightseeing, and entertainment areas are within easy walking distance.

✓ Glico Sign: about 1 minute on foot
    ✓ Dotonbori: about 1 minute
✓ Shinsaibashi Shopping Street: about 1 minute
✓ Namba Station: about 3–5 minutes
✓ Kuromon Market: about 5 minutes
✓ Nipponbashi: within easy walking distance

Start your morning at Kuromon Market.

Spend the afternoon shopping in Shinsaibashi or exploring Namba.

    Enjoy dinner in Dotonbori.

    Then simply walk home.

The value of this location isn’t just that everything is close by.

It’s also the ability to get home quickly after a long day of walking.

For places farther away, Namba provides access to several major railway and subway networks, including Osaka Metro, Kintetsu, Hanshin, Nankai, and nearby JR connections.

From here, it’s convenient to travel to:

    ✓ Umeda
    ✓ Tennoji
    ✓ Osaka Castle
    ✓ Shinsekai
    ✓ Kyocera Dome
    ✓ Universal Studios Japan
    ✓ Kansai International Airport
    ✓ Nara
    ✓ Kyoto
    ✓ Kobe

Walk when the destination is nearby.

Take the train when you want to go farther.

Explore Osaka and Kansai during the day.

Then return to the same home every night.

    ■ 02 | Private 85m² Home

Stay Together, While Still Having Your Own Space

The entire approximately 85m² floor is reserved exclusively for your family or group.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests and includes:

✓ Approximately 85m² of private space
    ✓ Up to 12 guests
    ✓ 3 private bedrooms
    ✓ 6 beds
    ✓ 2 separate bath/shower areas
    ✓ 2 toilets
    ✓ Separate sink area
✓ Spacious living and dining area
    ✓ Kitchen
    ✓ Laundry and drying facilities
✓ Underfloor heating in the living room during winter

This isn’t just a large room filled with beds.

We wanted to create a home where everyone can stay together without needing to spend every moment in the same space.

Gather in the living room when you want to be together.

Share meals around the dining table.

Then, when someone is tired, they can return to their own bedroom and close the door.

For families, multigenerational trips, groups of families travelling together, and groups of friends, we believe this balance is important.

Stay together, without giving up your own space.

    ■ 03 | Living Room & Kitchen

Time Together at Home Can Become Part of the Trip

One of the most important spaces in this home is the living and dining area.

In the morning, sit together and talk about where to go.

At night, come home and share what happened during the day.

Bring ingredients back from Kuromon Market and prepare a meal together.

Let the children relax while the adults talk.

Some of the best memories of a trip aren’t always made at famous attractions.

Sometimes they happen around the table.

    "Today was fun."

    " That was delicious."

    "Where should we go tomorrow?"

Those simple conversations can become some of the most meaningful memories of travelling together.

    The home includes:

    ✓ Fully equipped kitchen
    ✓ Cookware and tableware
    ✓ Refrigerator
    ✓ Laundry facilities
    ✓ High-speed Wi-Fi
    ✓ Air purifier
✓ Coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules
✓ Selected household items available upon request

You can eat out every day if you want to.

    But you don’t have to.

    Make breakfast at home.

Pick up a souvenir from Kuromon Market.

Do laundry during a longer stay.

Spend an evening doing absolutely nothing.

    Instead of just visiting Osaka,

we hope you can experience what it’s like to live here for a few days.

    ■ 04 | 2 Swimming Areas & 2 Toilets

Everyone Can Keep Their Own Schedule

When up to 12 people travel together, the number of beds is only part of what matters.

Mornings and evenings need to be comfortable, too.

    This home features:

    ✓ 2 separate swimming/shower areas
    ✓ 2 separate toilets
    ✓ Separate sink areas

No one has to wait for the same bathroom.

In the morning, different family members can get ready at their own pace.

At night, after a full day of walking, those who are tired can take a bath first while others continue relaxing in the living room.

Travelling together doesn’t mean everyone has to follow the exact same schedule.

That is why these practical amenities are especially useful for larger families, multigenerational groups, and friends travelling together.

    ■ 05 | The SERENE Experience

Leave the Energy of the City Outside

Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba are filled with the people, lights, sounds, food, and energy that make central Osaka exciting.

    And we love that energy.

But once you come home, we want the atmosphere to feel different.

    The home features:

    ✓ Tatami
    ✓ Shoji-style elements
    ✓ Natural wood
    ✓ Japanese-inspired interior finishes
    ✓ Soft, warm Japanese-style lighting
✓ Living room floor heating in winter
    ✓ Comfortable bedding
    ✓ Air purifier

During the day, step outside and become part of Osaka.

    Stroll through Dotonbori.

    Go shopping in Shinsaibashi.

    Dine in Namba.

Enjoy the city’s vibrancy and energy.

    Then, at night, come home.

    Turn on the warm lights.

    Take a bath or shower.

Sit down in the living room.

In winter, relax with the floor heating on.

    Little by little,

    step away from the noise.

Step away from the bright lights.

Step away from the rush of the day.

And return to your own pace.

    Outside is central Osaka.

Inside is your family’s private space.

SERENE is not simply the name of this home.

It is the feeling we hope you experience when you return here.

    ──────────── ────

    ■ 06 | Live Comfortably, Even While Travelling

For a stay of several days, everyday comforts matter just as much as special features.

    Being able to cook.

Being able to wash and dry clothes.

    Reliable Wi-Fi.

Enough bathrooms for a larger group.

Having a table where everyone can sit together.

And having the option to simply stay home and rest when you’re tired.

    The home also offers:

    ✓ High-speed Wi-Fi
    ✓ Laundry facilities
    ✓ Air purifier
✓ Coffee machine with complimentary capsules
✓ Selected baby and family items available upon request
✓ Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, subject to availability
✓ Chinese-language customer support and Japanese communication assistance

If cleaning is completed earlier than expected, early check-in may occasionally be possible depending on the day’s schedule.

※ Early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

On both the first and last days of your trip, we want you to spend as little time as possible worrying about luggage and logistics, and as much time as possible enjoying Osaka at your own pace.

    ■ 07 | Cleaning & Linen Care

Preparing the Home Again for the Next Family

For us, cleaning isn’t just about wrapping up the previous guest’s stay.

    It is about:

preparing the home once again for the next family who will return here.

After every stay, the entire home is carefully cleaned.

Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels, and bath towels are replaced for every new group.

Our linen care follows a consistent process:

    Wash
    → Dry
→ Additional drying in natural air and sunlight when conditions permit
    → Dedicated storagePGJy Pg→ Making the bed
→ Final dust and mite removal

Linens and towels are washed and thoroughly dried using the washing and drying facilities available at the property or within our management area.

When weather conditions permit, items may also be aired out and dried naturally before being placed in dedicated storage.

Before the next guests arrive, fresh linens are used to make the beds.

After making the beds, the beds and mattresses are vacuumed again using specialised equipment to remove any remaining dust and dust mites.

    The bed you sleep in.

The towel you use after a shower.

The spaces where your family relaxes.

These are details guests may never see being prepared.

That is exactly why we believe they deserve careful attention.
