“It is quite convenient, drive about 10 mins to the town, there are many restaurants and supermarkets (close at 10pm). Owners are nice and garden is beautiful. Breakfast is awesome. Best choice!”

“This is a lovely and well equipped cottage though was a little chilly the night with a heavy frost (until we located the heater!) It was also a bit confusing to locate, as it is up several driveways, past other houses, but we got there without too much trouble!”

It is such a beautiful home and so peaceful. We totally enjoyed our time there and will definitely look at staying again should we return for a second trip to Kawhia. “It was slightly tight for 3 adults with lots of luggage. Atmosphere was nice and close to both Waitomo cave and the restaurants. ”

“Deadly gas heater requires many windows open at the same time; defeats the purpose. So called breakfast was pathetic. Eggs and bread. Nothing else. Better off staying with the trailer park boys. Nice sounds and view of the highway.”
