「The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small...

「It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. 「This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!」

「Fortunately, we saw Nordic light the second day on the lake in front of the hotel. The Nordic light was very clear and fantastic. There are sun block curtains at every windows but only half transparent curtain at the door in living room which made us felt a bit lack of privacy. Apart from this small issue, we have a great holiday in the hotel. We love the sauna, bedroom, washroom, kitchen and the 10% discount given by the hotel for reservation of local tours. 「整體非常好，有客廳，飯廳，睡房，桑拿房，廚房有煮食爐，焗爐，咖啡壺，多士爐，淋浴間傍有性能良好的洗衣機，廚房櫃內碗碟齊全，各種煲及煎pan，及用具都一一齊備，房間擺設很精緻，唯獨美中不足是，床單及被鋪都感覺很不潔，若穿著衣服睡覺問題不大，但對我們不穿衣服睡覺就影響甚大」

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "
