“We stayed here for our trip to Epic Universe and were very happy. The walk to the park was short and easy, the transportation to and from City Walk was seamless. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside activities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and the customer service was top notch! ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……
