“This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is fabulous and the decor, charming. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach in one direction and another block away from 5th street, which is a car free zone filled with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Everything is at your fingertips. The condo was clean, private and cozy and Terri and Dana were very easy to reach and super accommodating. The condo is 2 levels, with your own private hot tub. The neighbourhood is filled with coffee shops, convenience……

“Villa Mayan Breeze was such a great experience for boys trip. There were 13 of us. The loungers and the vibe outside by the pool were immaculate and a short 2 min walk away from beach. Would recommend 10/10.”

“Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro! He made sure that we had everything we needed, and when we needed it! We cannot say enough good things about our 10 day vacation And……

“We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.”
