We had a great family vacation and this was the perfect home to host all of our families at this property. The amenities were as described and the beach was within walking distance which was great!!

Perfect place!

We loved everything about this house - super clean, had everything we needed and more, the neighborhood was very nice and easy to walk to coffeeshop/market/pelican brewery. Kids loved the bunk room, hot tub and being able to explore out back in the trees. Beds were super comfy! Highly recommend this place.

Spacious house, great location

Two families enjoyed our visit to one of our favorite beaches. House was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Location is in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes walk to Cape Kiwanis, the sand dune, and restaurants. Our one request would be to replace the kitchen towels. Some had that “musty dish towel” smell that’s nearly impossible to get rid of. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.
