Ucluelet Pacific Rim Visitors Centre Hotels

"The check-in lobby needs an upgrade. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean and bed was comfy. I had a room with a loft. The view of the harbour/marina was lovely. Lots within walking distance. My two main criticisms are the lack of elevators/ramps and the sketchy parking lot. For people with lots of luggage (me) or mobility issues, getting down the stairs from the 3rd building parking lot and then up the stairs to an upper room is dangerous and/or impossible. At the very least there needs to be ramps. As for the parking lot adjacent to the third building, it needs to be paved, not loose rocks. And creepy folks seem to access the parking area on a regular basis. One morning as I was going to my car I saw a guy crouching down between vehicles - he ran off when he knew I saw him. The next morning another guy was going through the garbage bins in the parking lot. Move those bins! Also, there is no room service i.e. no fresh towels, no bedmaking - I can live without that, but it's odd. This place could be really nice but it needs a lot of work."

"My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and we liked it. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. When we checked in, the receptionist was very helpful and even gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and check out. Rooms are also renovated and looked very new. Parking is free. Overall, I would stay again when we go back in Ucluelet."

"Very cozy cabin with all the little extras. Nice details. Comfortable bed. Good location. Would go again. The only complaint is that the bathroom fan goes on with the light, which isn't great for talking, but I do understand the reason, as it's a small bathroom for steam. Highly recommend."
