“It took more than 40 minutes to check in simply because the front desk staff printed out the wrong documents. Confirmed breakfast included upon check-in, but was declined by the restaurant the following day due to the mistake by the front desk staff - again. Not at all a pleasant experience with the front desk. Otherwise the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.”

“The room was very clean, well designed and reasonably priced. It was evident that the whole part apartment had been recently remodeled everything reflected it. It was perfect for us. You could tell that the staff really cared about keeping the apartment guest ready.”

“New hotel, well located and easy access to main attractions, good bedding sheet, and lobby area is good for gathering. The main concern was the lighting in the rooms was too dark. And a sofa was missing vs. what's shown on the picture. ”

“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”

“The apartment provides comfortable accommodation with air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. All major attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance especially the proximity to Mercado de Bolhão is a big plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.”
