「Clean, comfortable and great location」

「water pressure for shower is seriously inadequate. restaurant staffs for breakfast are not friendly and not helpful. others are quite good.」

「This was a delightful guesthouse in a great location. Each room is themed to a classic movie and director (we were on the top floor in the Vertigo room!) and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you don’t mind climbing stairs, the view is amazing.」

「Friendly front desk, but room cleaning needs improvementThe reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. A cleaning staff member accidentally broke a cup in our room, but left numerous glass shards all over the floor and even some on the bed, which was quite dangerous. Fortunately, after we reported the issue to the reception, another staff member came immediately and cleaned everything up thoroughly. While the quick resolution...

「Nice hotel with great location!」

「We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning...

The room was comfortable, breakfast was provided, and there was some interesting artwork in our room and in the hallways. We also appreciated the main floor room to avoid having to take luggage up and down the stairs. We would have liked to use the chairs in the glassed-in area to sit and have a drink, but the doors to it were locked. Otherwise a great...

「It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. 」
