“Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend. ”

“The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only.

“I stayed at the apartment for two nights. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and very centrally located.
The hotel itself is very beautiful especially the library.
The front office team are very helpful and kind. Many thanks to Iris and Daniel for their help.
I had drinks at the bar one night and Miguel had offered great recommendations on wine.
It was a lovely stay and hope to stay in the hotel next time.”
