「L’accueil était très bon, la chambre superbe avec la piscine panoramique. Le restaurant (petit déjeuner et dîner étaient parfaits), ainsi que les massages dans le spa. Seul bémol, l’accès aux chambres un peu difficile car l hôtel est en restanque. Ah oui aussi, nous avons eu les WC bouchés le soir, il a fallu insister pour avoir une intervention le soir même. Et lors de notre départ, le Check out de la chambre a fait ressortir qu’un sac (a priori de l’hôtel) était manquant, comme si nous étions...

「It’s off the beaten track but the hotel’s views to the forest is stunning. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotels in my life but the service here is one of the best i have had. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. My friend observes keto diet and they made every effort to help getting my friend the right food.」

「除了房间以外，整体酒店的设施与规划都很棒，很美，人员服务也是在水平之上。房间部分是我觉得减分最多的地方，至少以这个价格来说，房间应该质量要更高些。给些例子；白天其实看不见小溪流，顶多就是山林，晚上小花园没有氛围灯，看出去黑黑的很可惜。可以手提的莲蓬头部分都没热水，甚至开关头还有零件松落。吊挂的风扇声音大，晚上睡觉不关不行。另外房内有新装修的味道，而且有些地方还有灰尘。总而言之，我觉得如果你一天都在外不管是酒店内享受设施，或是在外闲逛，对于房间只是晚上休息用的话那这个酒店很好。如果你是想要待在房内悠哉的过着，享受私人泳池的那我觉的这个价格还有很多其他好的选择。」

「Great that they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel was looked new and clean. The service manners and attitude was good. Provided enough shuttle buses to the town center and back with good time and the drivers' services and manners were good. good food and delicious esp. the ox tail soup. Good design for the room and the hotel interior and environment, esp the green swimming pool is excellent. 」

「The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly.
