"Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there."

"Loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff are fabulous! The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was delicious the pool & view can’t be beat! A perfect place for relaxing. Only thing is there is a lot of stairs on the property but they do have golf carts on the property that will pick you up on request "

"Had a wonderful stay. Perfect place just to relax after a busy 2 weeks travelling the Philippines. Highly recommend it if you are fine without some luxuries like airco - the very unique rooms and views to die for make up for it through and through. As anywhere in the Philippines - the most wonderfully and friendly staff ready to assist with anything. "
