「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend...

「Oui」

「No wifi in my room during the entire trip」

「The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?... The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. 」

「Not bad. 」

「Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Food was very fresh and really good. 」

「Breakfast was good….Service is great… they go beyond what you expect…Clean room…Wifi is good enough but there is still room for improvement…」

「The whole place is beautiful. The sunset at the serena pier was outstanding. Had a few drinks with our friends and laid on the bean bags for a few hours til the sun set. We did try all 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating as always. I forgot the F&B Manager’s name but he was very friendly and recommended a few must try items. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast also. Just had a hard time with the wifi plus no...

「Everything good except very heavy camphor smell inside the room.」

「The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered」
