“No continental breakfast on Saturday and while out with my family when we got back house cleaning never picked up the used towels and bought us new ones to where my daughter had to go get clean towels ”
“It was a distance from the popular things in St. Augustine, but I have never stayed at a Hotel that was that nice in many areas. The staff was extremely nice giving me advice on St. Augustine things.
The room was perfect and very comfortable. Deb from Housekeeping was also very respectful of all our things in the room as she made sure we had everything we needed.
I'll admit the breakfast can definitely be improved, but 95% of our stay was absolutely fantastic!

“The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was nice to see that the design of the hotel as well as the decor kept with the Old Florida and Art Deco theme of Vilano Beach. The front desk staff, valets and housekeeping were all super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and very nice. Great location within a short walking distance to the beach and pier. They hotel offered a shuttle to the beach and pier as well.……

They kept everything clean and were just friendly and awesome! I felt welcomed and safe there. The environment was quiet and so easy to sleep. ”
