Overlooking the sea, the holiday home Villa Mare Blu with step-free access and interior in Palermo impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning in all rooms as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The property, which features private access to the beach, is situated 900 m from Arenella Beach, 6.4 km from the city centre, 7.8 km from Mondello Beach, 12 km from Sferracavallo, 15 km from Isola delle Femmine and 31.6 km from the airport. In addition, a tennis court and public transport links are located within walking distance.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are not allowed.

Excursions to Monte Pellegrino and the main islands of Sicily can be organised upon request.

Rental boats and jet skis are available upon request.
