Palermo in May

The property was pretty much as photographed, but one of the beds wasn’t available that we were expecting. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Minus one star because it was a bit buggy.

Beauty and the Beast

Nicely decorated. Very clean.One of the single bedrooms did not come with bedsheets or pillow case. Pillow was stained. We asked for bedsheets several times and were told they were being delivered but they never were delivered (our reservation was for 3 nights). When we returned home from our trip we did receive a refund from the host for the no bedsheets issue and no wifi issue. However, this was not easy. We had to contact the host and Vrbo several times to get the refund. I was never informed that a refund was being processed, it just showed up on my credit card statement. We were informed the day we departed to Italy that the Wi-Fi at the property would not be working. We reached out to host about this and received a response that it would be working after all but it never did work.Location was good.Parking Garage was closed when we got there. Garage operating hours would have been nice to have. We had to search for other parking options on our own.Would I stay here again? Probably, yes because of its location, cleanliness, and interior decoration.  That being said, this place could be so much better if simple things like clean pillows were provided. Bringing my own pillow next time
