Nice and clean renovated room Great breakfast ( at a different property 5minutes away ) Check out is at 10am. Only downside: the noise from your neighbors at 7am… Overall great place for one night, price is perfect

B&B di ottimo livello e praticamente nel centro della vita palermitana. Le stanze sono molto confortevoli e molto ampie. Check in rapidissimo. Da tenere in lista per il prossimo soggiorno.

Tolle Lage, SEHR laut!!!

Das Zimmer war sauber, täglich frische Badetücher. Service fand ausschliesslich via whatsapp statt. Die Fenster schlecht isoliert, der Wind pfeift herein und wenn es regnet sind die Fenster feucht. Entpsrechen auch der Lärm von der Strasse. Trotz 7 Stock hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Menschen auf der Strasse in deinem Zimmer stehen. Nicht geeignet für Schläfer mit leichtem Schlaf oder Lärmempfindliche. Nein, es wird auch um 3 Uhr in der Nacht nicht ruhiger! Es zieht sich die ganze Nacht durch. Konnte trotze Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen. Villeicht die Zimmer auf die hintere Seite? Bin aber nicht sicher, ob diese wirklich besser sind.

Da evitare ad ogni costo

Una stanza con divano letto al centro, tavolo da cucina subito dietro al letto e mobili cucina nello stesso ambiente senza nessuna separazione (sensazione da accampamento). Niente armadi, niente appendiabiti: abito e vestiti sulle sedie della cucina. Niente finestre: solo alcuni punti luce ad apertura parziale e comunque coperti da tendine di cartone (quindi niente luce, bisogna tenerla accesa a qualsiasi ora). La stanza era comunicante con altra (separata da porta chiusa a chiave) evidentemente talmente vicina che si sente anche il respiro (letteralmente) di chi è ospite accanto.Colazione: solo alla mia seconda richiesta, la mattina stessa della colazione, su whatsapp mi informano che la colazione può essere consumata in un albergo a 6 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento (quindi ho rinunciato perché non avrei fatto in tempo con 12 minuti a piedi andata e ritorno più altro tempo). Del personale non si è visto nessuno, tutto al telefono o su whatsapp (con cui mi è stato ricordato - questo si puntualmente, a differenza del luogo della colazione - che avrei dovuto lasciare sul tavolo la tassa di soggiorno, di cui ancora aspetto la ricevuta). Per la metà del prezzo pagato (o anche meno) a Palermo (e anche altrove) si trovano soluzioni immensamente superiori.

Camera moderna, spaziosa e pulita. Situata in un’ottima posizione nel centro di Palermo. Unico neo la colazione, non si fa nella stessa struttura ma in un hotel a 10 min a piedi. Non è comodo, abbiamo preferito farla altrove nei bar della città a questo punto, dove era più conveniente e sostanziosa.
