“Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. “For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion. If you paying that much per night, they should be more accommodating. When we arrived nobody was working at any……

“I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful.”
