"Not happy with Expedia, made booking on the way to West Palm Beach. Arrived to the location I booked and the Laquinta location was closed. Expedia booked me for one further away. Found a hotel in the area I requested. Laquinta refused to refund money. Need this resolved, it borderlines fraud."

"I spent Disney World Prices to experience A Bugs Life. Cockroaches everywhere. In the shower, under the bed, on the ceiling and on the table. After that, the staff barged into my room telling me I overstayed my welcome and it was time to leave. They had the wrong name after no-knocking my door. They disabled my key card so when I came back from being out at 330am, had no access to my room. A staffer outside refused to assist. And the staffer inside took a while to come out side and help. Avoid this place. I’d rather have a tent outside on Belvedere than stay here ever again. "

Drains didn't drain well at all. Taking a shower was a hybrid bath. Super loud bangs all night from doors slamming or something else."

"The A/C had issues and room was too cold or too hot left with sore throat. Was not too clean found hair in shower and sink. Floor was also kind of sticky. 3 floor smelled bad for the 3 days like an old folks home. Definitely not worth $175 a night."
