「Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, modern and great room. Beautiful beach views. The furnace broke down during our stay there and our room temperature was very cold. They did not let the guests know about it. 」

She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well.
