「Beautiful hotel, kind stuff, well managed, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Although the water at the beach was clear and pleasant, sea floor has some slime as you go deeper, we’ve learned it’s common problem on Aruba beaches in summer. The rooms are nice and updated with good Nespresso coffee available. A drying rack on the small balcony would be helpful.」

「Reynaldo at the front door was amazing. He greeted us each time we came or left. Helped with parking and luggage. Answered questions about the hotel or nearby offerings. Was just "down home" friendly and seemed to genuinely care about us. I have a cousin who visits Aruba regularly and stays at the Ritz. I think that is indulgent when the Holiday Inn offers such a comfortable facility right in the middle of so many shopping and eating options.」

「The resort is BEAUTIFUL/HUGE! It’s directly across the street from the beach, easy access from resort(walking or going to the front lobby and requesting a ride).」

「This property was amazing! So clean and beautiful, multiple pools and beach access - the sunsets were unreal! Breakfast was so good we looked forward to it everyday and the cafe that was open until 11pm was great! The strip was right across the hotel, many places we had to go to we just walked across. While we did rent a car we felt like we really didn’t have to (other than to go to baby beach) as everything was within a 2-10 minute walk. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

「No washcloths, had to tell front desk twice about towels needed, bugs in salad at buffet, room service not included unless royal level, room smelled musty, black mold in bathroom, patio door couldn't open, no conditioner for hair, shampoo was horrendous, pool was disgusting. Property needs to be updated majorly. Location is great, food good service okay for the amount of money spent expected better.」

「The location is perfect, being easy walking distance from, but not in the middle of, the heavy concentration of restaurants and shops. The property is well maintained, with spacious rooms. Beaches and beach amenities are clean and well equipped, with plenty of chairs, palapas, and umbrellas available. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Jesus, who went above and beyond in numerous ways to make our 10th anniversary visit more than special.」

「This property was perfect for a low-key vacation. It was close to everything and the beach was easy to walk to across the street. Boardwalk beats the Marriott and the Ritz that are right across the street. It is a better environment, and the service is the best. They staff does a great job making it a perfect experience and creating a relaxing environment. Best, Aaron Garfinkel」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
