“This is hands down the our favorite place to stay in Aruba. The whole property is your own private oasis-no kids, the property is stunning & gated, it is peaceful but with great energy, and the staff is so friendly & always happy to help. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and they have a non-stop beach shuttle to drive you across the street if you do not want to walk. The private beach is the least crowded and awlays has staff there to deliver you lunch and or drinks. The amenities are……

“Had an amazing stay at the Marriott Aruba! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our trip. The food was excellent with so many great dining options to choose from. We loved having everything in one place, great shopping, an exciting casino, relaxing massages, and beautiful private beach access. The adult pool was one of our favorite spots to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, such a fun and relaxing experience. Highly recommend for anyone……

“Clean”

“This is my second year at Barcelo and I was very disappointed. The staff was not very nice besides a handful of them. The bed was awful there was still sand on our floor in our room. The TV kept losing signal. The WiFi connection was awful. We would lose it every two minutes. The restaurants were okay. The Italian restaurant L’Olio is amazing! The Arubian Seafood was delicious! The buffet is the worst. Nothing good there ever. I was very disappointed with the stay. The only up side to this……

“We had a wonderful experience with the St Regis management .. they all were very helpful and welcoming.. we have spent a quality vacation time with our family. The management even out of the way to locate our apple watch at the room we left it behind at the check out time and per our request they came ti the airport to give it to us … we cannot thank enough fir the generosity they have shown to us . It was a memorable trip .. we will keep staying with St Regis wherever we can .”

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
