“did not like the high resort fees”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“We stayed here with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The easy walk from the pool to the beach was especially convenient while traveling with children. Having a kitchen in the room made our stay more comfortable, and we appreciated that the hotel never felt overcrowded. Overall, it was a relaxing, family-friendly place that we would happily recommend.”

“Beautiful views, clean property. Some staff were nice, others a bit “rough around the edges”. My only suggestion would be to change up the playlist for happy hour. We heard the same songs every day for eight days in a row. Variety would have been nice. It was a bit loud 2-5 pm as well since the adult pool was closed when we visited. Lovely, clean rooms and good food and drinks. I’d stay again for sure.”

“Ritz carlton is the place to stay when in Ariba, you get 'A' treatment and makes you feel special, the staff very friendly, respectful and helpful, property well maintained, very clean, exotic. The services from ensuring your room is clean, room service, Ritz carlton is pure luxury”

“一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利”

“Lovely place. I will sure stay there again”

“This hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s a quiet little paradise slightly away from palm beach, where the little touches made our stay so special. My mum and I stayed in the two bedroom casita and it was absolutely perfect. We got daily iced tea and all the amenities we needed. The food was excellent - we had the breakfast everyday and dinner in the restaurant some evenings too. The pool and grounds are maintained immaculately. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. I will be returning!”

“Location was great”
