「This is hands down the our favorite place to stay in Aruba. The whole property is your own private oasis-no kids, the property is stunning & gated, it is peaceful but with great energy, and the staff is so friendly & always happy to help. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and they have a non-stop beach shuttle to drive you across the street if you do not want to walk. 「The bathrooms need work. The floors in the bathroom need to be buffed or something. Additionally, not everything is included in this “all inclusive” resort. You have to pay for the pool tables and game room. Also, you have to pay for room service - and not just the delivery fee. They charged us for the same food they put out from 11-2, as advertised, because they stopped putting food out at 1. $25 for a burger, when they were supposed to put food out until 2. 「Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!」

「We had a wonderful experience with the St Regis management .. they all were very helpful and welcoming.. we have spent a quality vacation time with our family. The management even out of the way to locate our apple watch at the room we left it behind at the check out time and per our request they came ti the airport to give it to us … we cannot thank enough fir the generosity they have shown to us . It was a memorable trip .. we will keep staying with St Regis wherever we can .」

「The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

「Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
