「This is hands down the our favorite place to stay in Aruba. The whole property is your own private oasis-no kids, the property is stunning & gated, it is peaceful but with great energy, and the staff is so friendly & always happy to help. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and they have a non-stop beach shuttle to drive you across the street if you do not want to walk. The private beach is the least crowded and awlays has staff there to deliver you lunch and or drinks. The amenities are...

「This was my first time coming to Aruba so l was nervous, the hotel was very clean, the location is one of best it's in the center of all the activities, you walk outside and the beach is right there and a bunch of restaurants, bars and the mall right across the street. Rooms were clean. The price is a bit too high l think you can find something cheaper in the area with breakfast included and with similar. Overall good experience.」

「Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!」

「This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed.」

「We had a wonderful experience with the St Regis management .. they all were very helpful and welcoming.. we have spent a quality vacation time with our family. The management even out of the way to locate our apple watch at the room we left it behind at the check out time and per our request they came ti the airport to give it to us … we cannot thank enough fir the generosity they have shown to us . It was a memorable trip .. we will keep staying with St Regis wherever we can .」

「The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

「We spent one night - on Sunday when we went to the pool the grounds were a mess from the night before- empty chip bags and some kind of poop on the ground- while the rooms were nice I didnt feel safe and would not stay there again.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
