Memorable Vacation Spot!

Our family loved the home. The home was just as shown and just as spacious. There was room for all 12 of us without being in each other's way. Our front door lock was working inconsistently and we quickly had a response from maintenance and a new lock was installed. Definitely is high on our list for a second visit in the future.

Spring Break

My family, my brother’s family, and our parents had a great time. The house was perfect. We had plenty of rooms for everyone and the elevator was great for my father. Super close to the beach with views of the ocean. The kids loved the pool and the bigger pool at the clubhouse was great. Highly recommend this property for large families.

Property needs some upgrades to furniture, door locks need to be replaced, replace missing TV outside by pool area, add some outdoor ceiling fans, replace bedding and pillows, supply more beach accessories for guests.Would have hoped for better communication with property host, when questions and needs arose during our stay.Lot's of potential with this property. Located in nice and safe gated community. Nice community pools for family and adults

Love this place. Our families new vacation home

Location is perfectly placed in the development. Sit on the porch and you can feel the sea breeze and see the ocean. Game room was fun for the kids with the pool, ping pong table, pac man game machine and tv sitting room.

This house was fantastic for our ladies get away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bar tend. The pool was lovely. Proximity to beach was great. Wonderful neighborhood for morning walks.

Great family vacation home

Lovely large home. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful and safe community and excellent proximity to the beach. Also the proximity to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona is very convenient. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Thanksgiving Week

The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving week with our children and grandkids. We were walking distance to the beach and close to the clubhouse. The game room and pool area kept everyone entertained!

Perfect location on a wonderful and beautiful beach. I travel with the same group of friends the same weekend every fall, and we try to mix up different beaches every year. We all agreed this is one we could definitely revisit.

Thorpe Family Vacation

Very nice property, close to amenities, beautiful beach and excellent access. NOTE: It would be a great improvement if there were a ramp at the end of the beach access boardwalk - the beach wagon is difficult to maunever to the beach (especially for the girls) and it was very, very difficult for one of our party, who used a walker and cane to even enjoy the full beach.

Lovely Home

Home is as pictured and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for indoors and out; beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, games, puzzles and cards, ping pong and pool. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including a crockpot and Keurig (also a regular coffee maker). Thank you to the owners who thought of everything so we could have a great week!!

Well-appointed home!

Spacious, gracious and equipped with everything! The kitchen supplies alone were amazingly complete. View of the ocean was a bonus. Lots of space for our extended family of 9. An elevator to get those suitcases up two floors was a welcome bonus. Uncrowded beach and close enough to St Augustine to take advantage of the amenities there, too. Don't miss the Dolphin swim!

Great place for three families

We brought out two kids and theire families together for some beach time and Bajamar worked perfectly for us. Although mgt was unable to verify it - Bajamar had two pak and plays, a high chair, numerous beach toys, numerous beach chairs, numerous beach towels, a beach wagon - really anything and everything one needs for a long stay at the beach. We had 6 adults, an infant and two toddlers and I think everyone had a great time. Beach access is directly accross from the house, and the club pools are just a couple of blocks a way - easy walk. Highly recommend!
