Great location and community

We loved this property and the community amenities. It was a great rental and place to stay. Pool is a little small but other than that it was awesome.

Ladies weekend

This house was fantastic for our ladies get away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bar tend. The pool was lovely. Proximity to beach was great. Wonderful neighborhood for morning walks.

Spring Break Spectacular!

Spring Break fun in the sun. Loved our stay. Spacious, clean and enjoyed every minute! House was beautiful and met our expectations. Needed a few things, toaster and frying pan. Once we bought those, we were good to go. Loved riding bicycles and enjoyed grilling every day. Toll bridge if we left the area but mostly stayed up and down the coast checking things out. I would recommend the gated community to be able to scan your car once you have registered at the gate. Waiting each time in line to get into the gate was a bit of an inconvenience,

Pretty Good

The location and neighborhood was very nice. No instructions on the operation of the televisions were provided. The microwave doesn't work, the oven malfunctioned, and the dishwasher is in disrepair. In my opinion it was not worth the per night total. Had to buy additional dishwashing pods, no wood provided for fire pit. Just cheaply done for the money.

40th birthday getaway

Perfect 40th birthday celebration in a beautiful home right across from the beach! The home was just as described, beautiful high ceilings, tranquil balconies in a quiet perfectly placed location. The beach walkover was just outside the home. The clubhouse pools were just a short walk from the house. It easily fit 11 adults and had a bathroom for everyone. We loved the ping pong table and cozy pool outback. We used the grill for lunch and had plenty of local restaurants to choose from for dinner. The vacation rental company was very attentive and easy to communicate with during the entire stay! If there was anything we felt we needed they addressed it immediately. We loved the “quiet pool” and clubhouse grille and bar for our afternoon leisure. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels and beach towels for all of us! I would come back, we didn’t want to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great week at Bajamar. The house is even bigger than we imagined and had plenty of room for our large group! We had a couple of windy days with rough surf, so the backyard area with the pool, hot tub and fire pit was perfect. The kids loved the lower level rec room with the ping pong table, mini fridge and comfy seating with TV. The community is beautiful and the easy walk to the two community pools was a breeze. Small issues - the outdoor TV was not working. The drapes in the master were uneven and didn't quite meet, so the sunrise each morning definitely started the day early :) Overall, five stars!

Memorable Vacation Spot!

Our family loved the home. The home was just as shown and just as spacious. There was room for all 12 of us without being in each other's way. Our front door lock was working inconsistently and we quickly had a response from maintenance and a new lock was installed. Definitely is high on our list for a second visit in the future.

Spring Break

My family, my brother’s family, and our parents had a great time. The house was perfect. We had plenty of rooms for everyone and the elevator was great for my father. Super close to the beach with views of the ocean. The kids loved the pool and the bigger pool at the clubhouse was great. Highly recommend this property for large families.

Property needs some upgrades to furniture, door locks need to be replaced, replace missing TV outside by pool area, add some outdoor ceiling fans, replace bedding and pillows, supply more beach accessories for guests.Would have hoped for better communication with property host, when questions and needs arose during our stay.Lot's of potential with this property. Located in nice and safe gated community. Nice community pools for family and adults

Love this place. Our families new vacation home

Location is perfectly placed in the development. Sit on the porch and you can feel the sea breeze and see the ocean. Game room was fun for the kids with the pool, ping pong table, pac man game machine and tv sitting room.

Great family vacation home

Lovely large home. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful and safe community and excellent proximity to the beach. Also the proximity to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona is very convenient. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Thanksgiving Week

The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving week with our children and grandkids. We were walking distance to the beach and close to the clubhouse. The game room and pool area kept everyone entertained!
