Gorgeous condo with fabulous mountain and pool views in South Palm Springs
- South Palm Springs large 1B/1B condo. Patio and Master Bedroom face West to take in the great view of the mountains, palm trees and sparkling pool and spa. Turnkey furnished with free WiFi and Smart 55 in TV. King size bed and sofa bed in the living room. Covered carport. There are three pools, one which is saltwater, and four spas in the complex heated for the winter. Five tennis courts and two pickleball courts, just steps from you door. The grounds are immaculately maintained and filled with fresh citrus ready to pick. The fitness center offers a dry sauna and gym. There is also a well equipped clubhouse to socialise. Golf and Hiking Trails nearby as well as you will be just minutes away from Downtown, groceries stores and all Palm Springs has to offer. Just bring your bathing suits and a toothbrush and enjoy the desert lifestyle! REMODELLED BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WITH NEW APPLIANCES!
Minimum stay 30 days - Rentals must start on the 1st day of the month during high season.
This is a very quiet community. We know and love all our neighbors and ask that people respect this peaceful place. Absolutely no parties, events, or loud music allowed at any time.
