The condo is very private and quiet but very central. The home offers a large private walled-in patio with a private Spa and BBQ that is for guest use only. Inside you'll find a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

You have everything you would need to cook or just sit and have coffee from the Keurig coffee machine while looking at the mountains. In the loft bedroom there is a work desk with printer so you can stay connected and work in peace. Just off the loft bedroom is a full sized in-suite laundry that is free to use and includes laundry detergent.

The home also features recessed dimmable lighting, travertine floors in the kitchen, dining room and bath with carpet in the living area and bedroom. The expansive loft bedroom has two powerful HVAC systems to keep you cool. You also have a large walk-in closet with high quality linens and robes.

Our stay was perfect! The location is so close to everything and easy to access (parking right next to unit). Very quiet area with all the amenities you need. We always prefer room to spread out when traveling and the condo was just what we were looking for. Would book again if in the area.

Perfect location

Palm Springs Anniversary Trip

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great location, near downtown and we were able to walk to the Casino. The private hot tub was just what we needed for the chilly nights. We will be back!

Quiet and spacious with a great little hot tub

Great spot within walking distance of downtown (less than 15 mins). Kitchen had everything we needed and having our own little hot tub was great.

Excellent vacation rental close to downtown

The one bedroom house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very helpful. We loved the quiet location which was walking distance (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown.

The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home and a very well stocked kitchen. The furniture was all very comfortable and the condo was beautifully decorated. Check in and out was seamless and easy. We arrived early and Robert was very accomodating. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Was in town for a conference and was glad to have this wonderful place to land each night. It is only a 4 minute walk to the convention center and was nice to be so close. I was staying by myself and felt very safe. The condo was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

Our Best Stay Yet!

This is our third property we’ve stayed at in Palm Springs - it was by far the best! It’s quiet, away from the street and centrally located. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We hope it’s available for our next visit!

Excellent Stay

We are so happy we found Robert’s condo. Secured parking was just steps from the front door (really nice when carrying in the groceries!). Fantastic location on the edge of the Movie Colony. Kitchen appliances were all first rate. We were there for a month and really came to appreciate the laundry facilities right in the unit. We had virtually no need to contact Robert but on the few occasions we did, he was really quick to respond.

A wonderful location and wonderful accommodations!

My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Robert’s place. We love the location, very close to downtown and very quiet with friendly neighbors. We had all the amenities we could think of for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV was easy to use, the little pool/jacuzzi on the patio was perfect for hot days and cool nights. Robert was a great host and had great communication!

Perfect stay for a couple

My husband and I stayed a week here and it was amazing. Close to shopping, downtown and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed. Super comfortable king size bed. The hot tub spa was a bonus and well used. Don’t forget to visit the Living Zoo, the tram, Old Las Palmas and Joshua tree national park. Robert was the perfect host. We would stay here again. Saving grace

This place saved me when I had issues in my own home nearby. Robert is a wonderful host. His place is safe, stocked, comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything! I arrived at night in the dark and Robert was extremely helpful on the phone in helping me figure out accessing the unit. The TVs were a bit of a challenge but, when I needed assistance, help was ALWAYS on the way. Robert is patient and extremely attentive in making sure this guest figured everything out. Fell ill a few days after arriving, so I can say unequivocally the unit was comfortable and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend the unit. Robert is a stellar host!

The perfect place for a small group!

It was a great and relaxing visit. The host was easy to communicate with! I’d give a 4.5 stars because the directions kept taking us to a different location and there weren’t enough towels but those are minor details. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful and convenient

Robert's condo was incredible. Close enough to downtown PS to get there easily, but super quiet and cozy. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. Very well appointed and looks just like the pictures. Robert is super responsive and was gracious with me, when I had to text him a couple times when I struggled with locking the gate (user error on my part). Definitely would stay there again. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, very fluffy and soft!
