「The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very ample. The food is all really good. I have stayed here before, and would stay again, it is one of our favorite places near Arenal and La Fortuna.」

「It was clean, Room was Comfy we had a very good view from our superior suite, and very good and private, though we saw ours was maybe most private little cabin they had. Nice lush garden right in front of room and walk to our cabin. Bed was comfy on soft side.」

「Natural view」

「This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano.」

「This hotel was closed for renovations but they offered chachagua resort as a replacement. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, driving is a little stressful to get there」

「Nice view, good e」

「Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting anything in the La Fortuna area. It was easy to locate and just as pictured.」

「Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

「Beautiful villa with amazing view of the volcano and close to all activities. Diego and his team were very attentive and so nice to work with.」

「Great space and close to every where.」

「The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future.」
