“I chose this hotel for an elevated stay while attending my daughter's graduation at EchoPark Speedway. Knowing the beautiful area, I had high hopes, but our stay was just okay. While the staff was polite, there were no personalized touches—like a simple 'congrats grad' note—that elevate a standard stay to something special. Furthermore, the complete absence of a guest microwave was inconvenient. While we understand the desire to drive traffic to the on-site restaurant, guests need a way to heat……

“Need hot food bar in the morning, Need Irons in the rooms,upgrades needed for the price you pay. The STAFF was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean.
