- Gorgeous views of the Bay. Two balconies and cozy, clean and spacious two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. One queen pillow top bed. Twin bunk beds. One sleeper sofa and one full size sleeper option in common area for sleeping as well. If you choose to use this option you can sleep up to 8. 1 full
Spacious bathroom includes tub and shower.
Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony that overlooks the boat basin/marina with a side view of the bay. You can also enjoy wine or coffee on this balcony while sitting at the bistro table and chairs. Dining options include Angelos world famous seafood and nearby tropical trader local shrimping family. Enjoy an evening stroll to either of these wonderful lunch or dinner options. Several boat slips within a mile. The clear and refreshing pool is also very family friendly. Laundry facility located on property. Basket ball and tennis courts are also located on property. Kitchen amenities include bar with two stools and a dining table with three chairs. Ice cold fridge with ice maker. Public fishing pier is less than one mile. Beaches are 1 mile. Bald point and Alligator Point Beach 3.6 miles. St George Island 47 miles. Shopping in historic Apalachicola Oyster Capitol of Florida 44 miles. Local fish charters are endless. Tate's Hell management area 21 miles. Tallahassee 34 miles.

Water front bay breeze
We loved our stay at this location . It was perfect very nice and quiet place we love fishing and our son liked that he could walk out the back door and there is bay . The host responded very quickly and very informative.The pool was a add bonus.

Maria is a super responsive and empathetic host. She was very accommodating.
Now to the home, its in a beautiful calm setting and has wonderful views. Its a true home away from home. Home setting is super relaxing. Take care of the home so we can keep renting.

This was a nice, quiet place to relax. It's not overly fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The area was full of history and was fun to explore. We had a great time.

We had a great time. The place was nice! Host answered our questions very timely. Neighbors were friendly. Just a couple of fixes could make it a 5 star rate. Towel bars in bathroom need to be tightened up so they don’t fall off. Hot water knob in bathroom sink needs gluing. Pillows NEED to be washed. They are stained. Recliner is definitely seen it’s better days. But we used it. We give it a thumbs up overall!

Great stay! It was close to Marshes Sands beach. We felt safe with the gate entrance.
The property was clean and tidy. I was surprised at the lack of neatness in the cabinets and linen closet, though. it was hard to find anything. It was as if the outside looked great, but behind the cabinets....I mention this only to make the owner aware.We enjoyed our stay, though, and will be back! Thank you for making this condo available for travelers like us@

Just a short trip to town to visit family nearby. I’ve stayed in almost every one of the rental condos in the neighborhood and this one doesn’t disappoint either.Well organized, clean, and family friendly.
