Tiki House is a very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience all that Alligator Point has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the guest storeroom underneath, where you'll also find the half-bath and a charcoal grill for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, plenty of eating and cooking utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric unit. The 24" oven and microwave are built into the wall nearby. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 72 hours after checkout.
