- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking space may be available in the garage, however, it is not guaranteed as the garage space is reserved for the bikes.
- Bicycles: Enjoy 3 adult bikes to explore 30A in style (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout).

Community Pools in Prominence (North and South):
North Pool Hours: 8AM – 9PM Heated Seasonally*
South Pool Hours: 8AM - Dusk
No Lifeguard on Duty & Children Under 13 Must be Accompanied by an Adult

*Note: Pool access, availability, and heating are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. BeachWalk is not responsible for any modifications.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.

Parking in Prominence (North and South):
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.

Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.

Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, Food Trucks, and more!

Nearby Grocery Shopping: Publix at Watersound Origins, located on US 98 at North Watersound Parkway, approximately 3 miles away. Publix in Watercolor Crossing, located on South County Hwy 395, approximately 5 miles away.

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.
Rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
Please check Walton/Okaloosa County local news outlets for up-to-date information on closures or construction that may affect your vacation. BeachWalk is not responsible for any disruptions caused by nearby construction or closures of community amenities, such as pools or other shared facilities, as these are managed by the respective Homeowners' Associations and may impact your overall experience. Rental Agreement applies to all reservations.
Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment, associated fees (up to $200), and/or additional charges, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). Starter Amenity Packs: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great place for families (with a few suggestions for improvement)

Overall, we loved this place for our extended family getaway. The pool is wonderful & it’s so convenient to be across from the Big Chill. It’s also situated perfectly to explore the whole 30A area. A few suggestions: The place had plenty of cookware, but it didn’t come with any of the bare necessities. No hand soap (kitchen or bathrooms), no salt/pepper, no olive oil or cooking spray, no coffee/filters. Those basic items are provided in nearly every place, so that was disappointing for the price we paid to rent. Also, the picture had a golf cart in it, but I suggest taking that out since there wasn’t a golf cart. We didn’t go in thinking we would have one, but it could mismanage expectations if folks expected it.

Great vacation!

Awesome little place! There was 7 of us and it never felt too small to accommodate all of us. Rated two stars for communication because they never replied through messages via VRBO, they would only respond, only through their property management website. We also tried to schedule new dates at one point and had to call twice before we got a definite answer. Besides that it was a great place to stay and we would rent from them again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It is true beach access is not great but we found plenty of parking at Inlet Regional beach if we arrived early enough. Our family had a great time.

Beach Access

Nice property, very little privacy. All interior doors in our unit squeaked. We enjoyed easy access to the HUB for outdoor eating and shopping. Unfortunately you will experience terrible beach access.
