Not the cleaniest

The condo itself was okay. The cleaning needs some work. The shower heads haven't been cleaned in I don't know how long. They were full of black mold, you could hardly see the silver from the black. The shower curtains were nasty! This was in both bathrooms. The bed had hair all in it. The lounger on balcony was full of mildew and the chair leg was broken. I cleaned the condo before we could ever use it. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.

Minor inconveniences

Overall stay was good, just little inconveniences that we had to handle. One of the things was that the water was turned off, and you would think with people coming that day they would make the calls to get that turned back on but I had to do that myself. Good view and location!

A MEASURE OF PLEASURE

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and found a relaxing and pleasurable time. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was supplied which makes your week comfortable. We are seniors and felt uncomfortable taking showers as there was not any handicap rails to support yourself with. Also the cushions on the deck need replacing as they were mildewed and a dingy. This is not meant as criticism, but simply to call attention to the condition of the cushions. All in all our week measured out and we had a pleasurable week.

A beautiful view

The property itself was clean. The room was not as clean as I had expected. We were in walking distance to local shops. I would consider this location next year when we return it is perfect for a couple and 1-2 small children

Panama beach trip

Reviewer Comments: This condo is basically exactly the same as you see in the pictures - from the beautiful view perched on the chaise lounge on the balcony to the SUPER comfy king-sized master bed! There is a stackable washer & dryer in the unit, which was fantastic. The unit itself had been freshly cleaned upon our arrival, and the rest of the property is beautiful as well and in a GREAT location. Sharky's is within walking distance for a bite to eat, and Alvin's Island is also within walking distance for any last minute beach day needs. Convenience store right across the street as well. Starbucks is in the lobby of the building. The only issue I would say we had would be the elevator situation - getting from our room on the 23rd floor down to the beach was more often than not a logistical nightmare during our weeklong stay. I do believe that this was due largely in part to some renovations to the elevators on the Wyndham side of the building that were taking place during our stay, so they were PACKED with long wait times all the time. Aside from the elevators, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return to this little piece of paradise!

Great ocean view

We loved our stay at emerald beach! The 23 rd floor had an awesome view of the early morning ocean life swimming along the shoreline! Can’t wait to do it again!!

Labor Day vacation

The condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The elevators were always really quick which is a must when you are in the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular!! Would definitely stay again!!

Overall it was an amazing condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were breathtaking and check in was easy. We enjoyed the hassle free check in!! They even came and replaced the tv remote that was damaged when we arrived. We loved the decor and it made us feel at home. Elevators here were very slow, but thats to be expected with the amount of people visiting.

Perfect Stay for our Anniversary

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary trip! It is in a great location that is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants. It was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view! The only problem we ran into was a leak from the master bathroom toilet. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay here again!

Quick Trip

My husband had to work the area so I came along with him. The condo was clean and had more than enough space. The only negative for us is the elevator is literally right outside the door. The bedroom is on that end of the condo so you hear the elevator all night/early morning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this year at Emerald Beach Resort was not a pleasant one. There were plenty of things that were wrong. We love the area. And will go back again probably next winter for a couple of months. We will go with a different resort.

Good but "NOT" Great!

The room was ok the floors i do not think were swept prior to our arrival sand and dirt was still present, the water was shut off to the unit and there was no instruction or communication to get it turned on luckily we found a small sticker on the bathroom mirror with a number to call also the bedroom fan was very loud and the room is next to the elevator so the noise from them was extremely loud. There were huge roaches found on the balcony would not recommend being out on it at night due to this issue did not see any inside the unit thankfully! Other than those issues our stay was ok... i don't know if i would stay here again maybe a different rooms.

Beach was awesome, condo not so much!

View was wonderful, I never leave a bad review, but, this left a lot to be desired! Photos are deceiving. The wicker lounge on the balcony is full of mold on the cushions. There was sand on the floor throughout. The piece of foam on top of the bed was awful. Tubs were both dirty. The worst was having to wash the dishes and silverware before use. Dirty dishes and lip marks on glasses. I have photos if you would like to see them.

Elevators are LOUD

The stay was pleasant but the elevators sound like it is underneath the bed!! Need some type of sound barrier to block the noise. The only problems I encountered was the lounger on the balcony was dirty I put a sheet over it and for the money the bedroom should be on the Oceanside and you wouldn’t here the elevators 24/7. The view is great and the the condo was clean had a lot of toiletries in the room but no toilet paper! Had 2 rolls for 8 days..
