Welcome to this South Prominence home, centrally located on 30A directly across from The Big Chill, a great gathering space for dining, shopping, and entertainment. This stylish 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 and is packed with amazing amenities, including 2 king en suite bedrooms (because who doesn't want their own space?), plus another king room and bunk room that's perfect for the kids! Grab the golf cart, and in just 5 minutes, you'll be sinking your toes into the sand at Deer Lake Beach Access. Plus, there are 3 other beach access points close by for easy beach-hopping fun. You've got the beach, we've got the gear! Chairs, umbrellas, towels—you name it!

- Bikes and Golf Cart!
Grab one of the 9 bikes (yes, nine!) to cruise around the neighborhood, or hop on the tandem bike for a fun ride with your favorite person. The Timpoochee Trail is right outside of Prominence and takes you all the way down 30A. Ready to go further? The home also comes with a complimentary 6 passenger golf cart.

- Outdoor Oasis:
Relax in your own private outdoor paradise. With a dining table for al fresco meals, daybed swing for sunny days (or a nap!), a ceiling fan to keep things breezy, a grill for cookouts, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, you'll never want to leave! The covered porch is an added bonus - great for unwinding after long beach days.

- Neighborhood:
The Prominence community at the Big Chill is a gem! Includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.

You're also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you're a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. You're in the middle of it all that 30A has to offer!

Prominence also features 2 resort style pools! The Northside pool is seasonally heated and offers zero-entry (perfect for kids). The pool also features loungers, umbrellas, grills and dining, plus a locker room and restroom. The Southside pool features cabanas and loungers as well!

- Coffee bar and mini fridge give you plenty of options to stock your favorites! Coffee also comes complimentary, and we have a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker.
- For dining, you have options! The dining table features seating for 6, plus there are 3 additional spaces at the kitchen island. If you head outside, there is also a dining table for 6 on the back porch. Perfect for the nights on the grill.
- Living room features cozy couches and chairs, plus a Smart TV ready to stream your favorites.
- Primary bedroom is featured off the first floor living space, and 3 additional bedrooms can be found upstairs.
- Washer/Dryer - so you can keep the sand at the beach, not in your suitcase.
- Premium goods. All bathrooms come standard with full size bottles of Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion.

Where you'll rest ⇨
- Primary Bedroom (First Floor) King bed with En Suite bathroom
- Guest Bedroom (Second Floor) King bed with En Suite bathroom
- Guest Bedroom (Second Floor) King bed, shared balcony access and guest bathroom
- Guest Bedroom (Second Floor) Bunk room, Twin over Twin bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 5!) Also has balcony access and shared guest bathroom.
- We also provide a pack n play for your little one!

Getting to the beach ⇨
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.

- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7-minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.

- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.

- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway and garage for 4 vehicles.. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence on the gravel pavers.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
