Better Than Average

We absolutely loved our stay at coasting inn! It was perfect for my family of 4. We had two small things that needed fixing and they came right away! This home is very spacious and came with 5 beach chairs and an umbrella too! My son also enjoyed the toys to build a sand castle. We loved cruising on the bikes as well! We will def be back!

Comfortable and Easy

We had a great stay. It was nice to have more room than a hotel would afford. The accommodation had everything we needed and location was centrally location between Alys and Rosemary beaches and Seaside and Watercolor. It was handy being opposite the HUB. Only downside I would say is no toaster and the unit backed up to the 30A. As a light sleeper the traffic and the occasional heavy truck / fast motorcycle would prevent sleep or wake me up. Otherwise a great stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Most Pleasant beach trip

Loved the area and the beach. It wasn't too crowded. The beach is a bit further than I expected but it still wasn't bad. Condo was beautiful and clean except the carpet has seen better days in the bedrooms. Overall, would definitely stay here again and had the most fun we have had at the beach.

Dirty

The floors were very dirty, lots of hair on the master bathroom floor. Master carpet has lots of stains. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well so I bought a broom and left it at the property . -The kitchen was well stocked. -Beds we’re comfortable -Tasteful decorations -Pool was great as always We could’ve used more towels and washcloths. We we’re excited to see the bikes in the garage, but after looking closely most of them were in rough shape and unusable. The property manager contacted me to inform us they were coming into the garage to do bike inventory mid way through the week, but they didn’t just do inventory, they took all the bikes and didn’t return them. This was our 4th time staying in Prominence 30A, we’ve always had great experiences but the lack of cleanliness was tough this time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come to the area again, but will look for a different unit next time.

Great house in a great location

This was our first trip to 30A area and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The house is right in the middle of the unique beach communities so it allowed us to explore all of them with ease. 15 minutes west to Seaside or 15 minutes east to Rosemary. The Hub is cool but was pretty crowded since we traveled at the peak of summer. We honestly have nothing negative to say at all about this property and trip as a whole. This will be a top vacation destination for us for years to come.

Great trip but the condo could have been better

Upon arrival the condo floors felt sandy and overall just not very clean. The dishes had not been unloaded from the dishwasher. The beds were absolutely the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Not enough towels for the amount of guest that could accompany the unit. Two towels per bathroom (only two) is not enough for a three bedroom unit. The pullout trundle mattress topper was dirty. Plumbing leak in master bath upon arrival back from beach on our first day. Overall not a great experience with the unit itself but was a great location for families and shuttle service was amazing!

Nice clean vacation home close to shops and pool.

The place was super clean and a great layout for the family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was also convenient to shops and restaurants without the big crowds. Would stay here again.

The townhome “Coasting In” at The Prominence was a perfect location for us.

We enjoyed being close to the Prominence entrance, also being across from the community pool and having The Hub directly across 30A. The Hub was great for grabbing dinner, drinks or some ice cream. A couple of things that would be helpful at the Townhome: towel hooks in the master bathroom. The hooks in the other two bedrooms were perfect for hanging bath towels, etc. Nice baking sheet and skillet is much needed. I went out and purchased each of these items as I was not about to bake cinnamon rolls On the baking sheet or fry an egg on the skillet. I understand this is a “rental property” and there are probably many different age levels in and out. A fresh coat of paint on the walls downstairs and hallways would be a great improvement. Perhaps the owners have not been here recently to notice. A little better communication from the management company. When sending an email to ask about check out procedures I received a response saying “check your guest portal”. When checking guest portal I did not see any instructions whatsoever.

30A...Wish we could have stayed!!!

Coasting Inn is a beautiful place to stay. It is very welcoming and had all the amenities you could ask for! We enjoyed the short ride to the beach as well as our nightly walks to the Hub for dinner or a sweet treat! We look forward to future stays here!

The Perfect Family House!

We had the best time in our extended stay at Coasting Inn! This property is perfect for families as it is the best location to the beach (Literally about 100 yards) and just across the street from the HUB- easy access for a quick bite to eat! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Convenient, clean, enjoyable!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The almost new rental was fantastic. We used the shuttle to the beach one day and it was easy. We visited The Hub several times, and it's an easy walk (Or bike ride). This unit literally faces 30A. You can sit on the patio and watch the world go by!

My entire family gives this property a thumbs up. My two critical teenagesrs were impressed.

The property is awesome. The entire family enjoyed their own space. The bikes were 's big hit, the HUB had great food and entertainment. The short bike ride to the beach. We will love to stay in the same property Unit B. Love It!

Beautiful home, extremely maintained, professionally decorated, gorgeous linens, comfortable beds!!!

This is a beautiful, light and cheerful Florida vacation home! It is completely furnished with everything you need for cooking and having a wonderful dinner at home. Upgraded appliances and furniture. The Hub across the street is popular hang out spot. The landscaping and the pool is lovely. It has easy access and Coastal Dreamin staff has been extremely easy to communicate with. I will look forward to my next visit here!

From the location of this home to the pool, to the sweet sweet lady running the beach shuttle, this townhome was fabulous! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked! If there was any kind of a complaint it would be the den furniture which I would just prefer something other than side chairs for lounging.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

COASTING INN with Coastal Dreamin

We absolutely love this practically brand new place. It is literally 45 feet to the 5000 square foot swimming pool. This fantastic entertainment place with restaurants and stores and a giant 30 foot movie screen is across the street. The decor in the unit is awesome. The owners have put all of the best cooking equipment. It has bikes available. The garage has lots of storage space. There are running/biking trails right outside the back door. It is all just so easy. There is even a shuttle bus to get you to two different beach inlets which are less than a half mile away. Simply wonderful!!!!
