Multiple Issues
The condominium was very nice and clean however we had multiple issues. Firth the washing machines stopped working mid cycle and locked my clothes in the machine. Second the Internet and cable went down and never came back on. Third and most annoying we rented a golf cart however when we returned to park it in the garage at the condominium the HOA police came over and harassed us because we didn't rent it through there approved company. I thought they were joking but ended up fining us 100 dollars and I had to return the golf-cart because I wasn't allowed to keep in on the property even thought it was a legally registered vehicle. This was a major issue since I had just spent a thousand dollars for the week for the golf cart rental with no refunds. I called Ocean Reef rentals about these issues and situation about the golf cart, and they were very rude about it and said I should have downloaded their app and read the HOA rules. Give me a break I shouldn't have to download a third-party app on my phone. Ocean Reef Realty or the owner needs to be more upfront about golf-carts since many people down there use one. None of this was disclosed before I paid for the condominium rental. I travel all the time and rent multiple times a year. Never have I dealt with a company as rude and unpleasant as Ocean Reef realty and the HOA police at this site. A very unpleasant experience for a summer vacation.
