Vacation

The condo was nice with a great view. Clean and close to restaurants and a Walmart. But our beach chairs were stolen off the resort and our car was hit in the garage.

Beach stay

Everything was amazing except the day before we checked out they ask us to check out early and we told them it would be 10 they still showed up an hour early to clean the room and we felt rushed!

Perfect fall break location

Majestic is one of our favorite places in PCB and this condo was exactly as described. Had a great week and hope to go back soon.

Great place!

The place was awesome. It suited us great, the staff was super friendly and the place was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the dryer didn't dry towels super well, but I'm sure that's just standard wear and tear over time. 5 stars for sure!

Large resort

The beach was nice and resort was clean. Location was good. The only issue was that I wish the security and beach personnel would have handled some illegal happenings on beach and in hotel...it would have made it young child friendly. Also the outdoor pool is SMALL and most of the others are not where u can enjoy sun. We had a good stay but will not be back due to size and busyness of facility/beach.

Almost perfect!

Very nice condo just disappointed with the second bedroom. It’s tiny and didn’t look small in the picture. It’s hard for two adults in a full size bed. Other than that, was very nice and comfortable. Loved the couch on the balcony. Also had issues with water staying warm during showers.

Girls Vacation Success

This was our first stay and have to say we will be going back. Out of all of our vacations we have never experienced such kindness from staff. Everywhere you go there is security and cleaning taking place. Within 24 hours of checking in I had a call to verify if we had any needs. The ease of checking in and out helped to make our week amazing. Our room was exactly what we expected, beds were great, kitchen was very well stocked, lots of storage, very clean, and the view perfect.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay very much! The elevators in Tower 2 were never a problem!! Chair rentals are pricey, so be prepared for that. ($55-65 plus tax per day). Balcony had a bird that seemed to have made it his home. Never bothered us though. Thanks for the condo!

Great value but not very clean

We had a great time and really enjoyed this place. Our only complaint was that with the expensive cleaning fee we had to pay, the condo should have been spotless. However, we had to vacuum the carpet ourselves Andrew finding toenails on the carpet and killing 2 roaches. The master bedroom had no comforter, just an old brown blanket and a sheet. Kitchen was well stocked and everything else was great.

Great Condo

The condo was as described. Watch your step going to balcony, there is a good size step there with no sign that I believe we all tripped over at some point. The washer and dryer appeared to need cleaning. Clothes took longer to dry than they should. Parking was a bit inconvenient. Elevators are fast and the condo was very nice.

Great location

Our stay was great. The only two complaints I have were it looked as if we had ocean views from our rooms, but they were in the back of the condo where you hear all of the street noise. Which they can’t help the street noise of course. Just made it hard for my husband to sleep. Also the spare room tv didn’t work and our child had to sleep on the couch to watch tv. A man came by for the box to fix it, but we didn’t see him again.Other than that we loved it. It was very clean, every where we went in the building someone was cleaning. I also think both towers offer different pools. We had an outdoor which is best for summer and an indoor which was nice. We really loved the access to the beach and our view.

Service was wonderful and was able to reach customer service at any time, without long holds or conflict. The view was amazing, and the condo had been beautifully decorated. Not to mention the abundance of amenities within the complex. The only negative thing I can say is how slow the showers drained and that there was rust/mildew around the drains. (Which comes with age of a building). It wasn't convenient, but not a huge ordeal.

Worked great for us!

We were very happy here. Our condo was clean and had all the basics to get us started. Nice balcony to sit on to enjoy the gorgeous view. Facility was very clean and all the employees were courteous and friendly. Our only frustration was when we arrived it was after office hours. We had no idea where to park and how to get to our condo. Fortunately, a condo owner was in the lobby and was kind enough to explain that we had to get to our room, get our parking pass and how to get across the street to the parking garage. I'm not sure what we would have done if she hadn't been in the lobby. Other than that, everything was very good.

Things wrong with condo

Cable in living room and one bedroom did not work. Called property manager, they sent a tech. He said cable boxes in both rooms not working and he would put in a order to have them replaced. I bought at inside antenna so my grandkid could watch tv. No one came to replace cable while we were there. Dishes very dirty. We washes only what we used. Two cushions on couch, the zippers were busted open. Skillet we used the handle was broken off. No blanket to use for Sofia sleeper for grandkids to cover with at night. Went to Walmart and bought one. Tech took pictures of receipts. Tech saw the dishes, broken pan and busted zippers. No one called or offered to pay for antenna or blanket.
