Fall Break 2023

Beautiful home, quiet and secluded neighborhood only 2 minutes to The Big Chill by golf cart. Loved our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Fall Break!

What a beautiful home and amazing access to a gorgeous beach! The kitchen has everything we needed and was a wonderful gathering space for the family. The deck upstairs is very cool and offered a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. Walking to the beach was so fun. We’d love to come back again!

Week in Paradise

Beautiful clean home in a lovely gated community. Excellent layout and the pool steps from the back door was wonderful. The beach walk can be a challenge if you have seniors with your group but otherwise not bad. Bikes and golf cart big pluses! We will return for sure if house stays on rental program!!

Amazing stay!

The house, neighborhood, and secluded beach were all fantastic! William from the Management company was an excellent communicator and made sure we were well taken care of. The house was spotless and very spacious. This portion of Watersound is less crowded than some of the others which allowed for excellent privacy. And finally, the beach was pristine and had very few people (compared to Rosemary where it was 3 rows deep of umbrellas, we had nothing but open sand in both directions). Will definitely visit again!

Outstanding!

Our family of four, to include two young adult children enjoyed the layout of this newly bulit house, the activities and the community. The beach (clear water and white sand), the inlet and shopping area are very nice.The kitchen is very well supplied, the beds are very comfortable. We loved the option to cook inside or grill outside on high quality appliances. Our host maintained an open line of communication and check- in instructions were very clear. Our family especially enjoyed the heated pool and fourth level deck with great views of the water and community.

Beautiful home and great experience

This home was perfect for our party of 10. The layout gave everyone ample space so it didn’t feel crowded. Crows nest view is spectacular! Golf cart included was a HUGE bonus! Access to the beach did take a little longer than we thought especially pulling a full wagon and toting kids - if you were traveling with toddler ages it might be a chore. We had a few questions while there and the property mgr was always quick to reply. Would absolutely stay at this property again. Thanks for hosting us!

Idyllic

We come to 30a every year and this was by far our very favorite home we’ve ever stayed at. The property is absolutely breathtaking and had everything we could’ve wanted. The pool was heated for a small fee and so convenient, especially with kids. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in the perfect spot on 30A

This exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful home, perfect location on 30A, views on all sides, half mile private boardwalk walk to the beach from the house, super easy to maneuver. Overall, I wouldn't stay anywhere else, we LOVED this home.
