Welcome to Sunset, a bright and inviting coastal retreat in sunny Panama City Beach, Florida. This charming two-bedroom, two-bath home is just a short walk from the beach and boasts a spacious wraparound balcony and a large, fenced backyard. Complete with an outdoor shower, fire pit and cornhole, the backyard is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

Designed with convenience in mind, this two-level home features covered parking on the ground floor and a spacious driveway, ideal for boats and RVs. Inside, on the second floor, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare, anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four, the breakfast bar with additional seating for four, or on the covered, furnished patio for an alfresco dining experience.

Sunset comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed in both the primary and second bedrooms. The primary bedroom also features a full ensuite bathroom for added privacy. In the living area, two sleeper sofas provide extra accommodations and a washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Please note, the garage is not included with rental.
