"This was our first stay here, and overall it was a good experience. There were a few small issues, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again in the future. One thing to keep in mind: if your room is near the stairs, you may hear kids running up and down them late at night. We contacted the staff around 11 p.m., and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Unfortunately, they can’t fully control noise in the stairwell. The running woke my kids up three different times, and the noise finally settled down around midnight to 1 a.m. The room itself was clean overall. One blanket had a stain on it, and we found someone’s earring in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was well kept. I especially appreciated that the floors were clean and not sticky — my kids’ feet didn’t turn black from walking around, which is always a plus. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely stay here again."

"We are staying at this Quality Inn for three nights. Upon entering the room, there was a funny odor. The evening of the second day we were surprised to find that housekeeping did not clean the room every day unless requested. There was no shampoo, no conditioner, and no body wash in the shower dispenser. The manager said this Quality Inn is privately owned and therefore does not customarily clean the rooms unless requested as is our experience at other Quality Inns. My husband spoke with the manager, and she assured us that housekeeping would clean the room as requested, fill the dispensers, and inspect the odor issue the following day. The evening of the third day that did not happen. By then the manager had gone home and the front desk insisted nothing could be done. My husband spoke with several other guests who said it’s not likely we’d get housekeeping to clean the rooms even when requested. The room was damp. The A/C apparently did not remove the humidity from the air. We messaged the property but haven’t not heard back yet. We’re very disappointed."

"While the room was clean - the hallways smelled terribly of wet dog and there wasn’t any ventilation making everything incredibly musty smelling. We got in late at night and the overnight front desk worker was not welcoming. The lady running the breakfast was the best part - she kept things very tidy and clean and food was good."

"We were only here for one night but it was fine. It would have been nice had there been a couple of waters in the room since I'm a rewards member, but whatever. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean."
