Cape Retreat

Long weekend with my daughter and grand dog who loves the water-perfect place for us -lots of room and quiet side of Barrier Dunes-appreciated all the dog friendly items (towels/etc). Thanks for a lovely time!

Aside from some previous dog hair rolling around; we had an awesome time and the hosts went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel welcomed! What a great vacation!

Home away from home

Great location, quiet, beautiful beach, everything you need to feel at home, except food of course. Close to State Park. Comfy beds and furniture. All in all was very satisfied.

Great stay

This property was so nice. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach was perfect for a toddler and infant. Loved that there were 2 pools to switch up our preferences each day. We utilized the beach cart to get all of our items to the beach which was very very helpful. Everything was perfect.

Unit was clean and comfortable overall. Kitchen barstools we're not comfortable to sit for long (nowhere to put your feet, they just dangle). Dining table would be small for a larger group, but was not a problem for us. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but I believe the rate for the unit matched accordingly (the provided beach cart helped with that greatly, and worked really well in the sand and the boardwalk steps!). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great vacation at the Cape. This unit is close to the pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Master shower is really small and bed pillows could use an upgrade, but otherwise the unit was great. Loved that they provided a cart and chairs for the beach! Kitchen and cleaning supplies well stocked.

We had a great time at Tequila Sunrise!!! The complex is great, 2 pools, dog friendly, although we didn't bring ours with us. The unit was clean, nicely updated, fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, close to both pools with beautiful view of the state park. We enjoyed our days scalloping and pool in the evenings. It was close walk to beach as well. Can't wait to be back again. Thank you for allowing us stay!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

Fantastic home in a beautiful, gated neighborhood! The kids loved the two pools, large playground, and seeing the turtles in the lakes! Easy 5-min walk to the beach. We really appreciated having the beach cart, sand toys, and beach chairs available at the house. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and everything to cook. The propane grill was also an added bonus. Highly recommend spending evenings on the beach to view the most amazing sunsets! Absolutely beautiful. Overall, fantastic vacation and wonderful memories! We will absolutely book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

First visit to CSB ... won't be our last!

Our stay at Tequila Sunrise was really wonderful. The property was ideal for our needs; comfortable, close walk to beach and well-appointed. Being able to bring our puppy along to enjoy the beach was a definite bonus! Kudos to Gulf County for that...

Perfect long weekend trip!

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with the property. It is located at the back of the complex, has bay views, and backs up to the state park, making it very quiet. We rented a golf cart to get around the complex which I would highly recommend. The property was clean and very dog-friendly which was perfect for our pup!
