Good location and nice views

A nice condo perfect for a family with older kids. Just a short walk to the Watersound Beach Club (if you are a member). The location is away from the congestion of Rosemary or Seaside.

Beautiful views

This property was in a quiet location in Watersound. The views from the home were amazing! 4 bikes were included which was a nice bonus. We did have a few minor issues during our stay and Debra with the management company was quick to respond. Debra was awesome! The kitchen could use a complete overhaul of the cookware and utensils and the outdoor furniture needs cushions on the hard wood benches and chairs. Note about the walk to the beach: there’s a long boardwalk with no steps but it’s about a 7 minute walk to the beach from this unit. The other boardwalk is about a 3 minute walk but has a few stairs and you have to walk through water that’s knee deep to get to the beach which means you cannot talk a wagon or cart and have to carry all your beach stuff. A challenge if you have small kids or older parents:grandparents. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and the location is excellent. Nice private beach. The walk down the boardwalk is a little long but even our young kids did it without any trouble. Close to Seaside but far enough away that you avoid the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning watersound view

Great stay for a few days at this well-appointed condo. Very clean, well-stocked with what you need. Dune vacation rentals are very responsive. The crossings at watersound is the my favorite spot on 30A because of the preserved dunes on camp creek. Will hopefully be back again soon!

Great family trip

You can’t beat this location! The beach view was fantastic and easy to get the pool just steps away and the beach. Property was well equipped w linens, kitchen and beach equipment. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Condo

Spacious condo with everything a family needs! Lots of space and privacy. Quiet with beautiful ocean view. This area seems a lot less crowded than other areas on 30A. We enjoyed the nearby Hub for a quick meal , cocktails, or coffee. Also, found good restaurants a short drive away. The beach is wonderful and has umbrellas and chair rentals if needed.

Great Location and Clean Property

We had a great stay in early April 2021. The condo recently had updates to furniture, bedding, beach chairs, and wagon to carry gear to the beach. Close to the pool and direct access to a great beach. Definitely recommend this unit.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at WaterSound.. Check in was easy and everything in the condo worked perfectly. The kitchen is small but the rooms are quite large. Overall clean, but the bedspreads and pillow shams really need to be replaced or cleaned. And the handrail on the stairs was not clean. I had to clean it myself and this was a little concerning right now with Covid

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo.. Great condo, beach was perfect and location is half way between Destin and Panama... Would definitely stay here again!
