"We have 4 people; two adults and two kids. I indicated it during booking. We had only 3 towels. With the room we had, we were clearly going to use the pull out couch. It was a king suite with the pull out couch for the kids. There were only sheets. No pillows and no comforter/blanket for the kids. When my husband went to ask for pillows for my kids, they said no, we are out. That pillows is what everyone steals. How do you have a pull out couch, with the booking of 4 people, and not provide the basic necessities of sleeping? The vent in the bathroom was leaking water into the floor. The room smelled terribly. I read reviews before booking and those reviews do not match the experience we had. Really disappointed with our stay."

"The room was clean however it had a dog smell. The rooms keys didn’t work. The room wasn’t equipped with anything useful like chargers plug ins. It was musky inside. The bed was awful. Very lumpy, saggy, and we slept horribly. No breakfast unless you purchased it. You have to pay to park at the hotel you already paid over 200.00 dollars for one night. I’ll never stay at this one again."

"Train tracks close by so train noise at night. Very small indoor pool. The entire facility in need of an update. Room was ok, bed was comfortable, pillows were not. only one drawer for clothing. Absolutely no seating outside, I ended up buying a beach chair and sitting by parking lot. Ridiculous! The bar/ restaurant for dinner was surprisingly good. I won’t be back"
