「What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you」

「This hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town. It has a wonderful old world elegance about it, but modern in all respects. The staff very friendly and professional. From the front desk, to the drivers, to the restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet is totally worth it. We would definitely stay again.」

「This property is out of Panama City a ways but I wanted to be closer to the birding areas in the area. The hotel was likely a jewel in its day but the years are showing. The AC seems to be uncontrolled as other reviewers have noted. In my room, although I could set the temperature it just got colder & colder without regard to the thermostat setting so I had to turn it on and off manually. What was interesting about this hotel was that it is located in a shopping center where there’s a supermarket, a pharmacy, a clinic, a bowling alley, a food court and a full on restaurant downstairs, a movie theater, a liquor store and clothing stores to name a few.
