The Negative was coming off cruise the hotel was not prepared to handle the customers that were checking out or checking in. They wanted to charge $90 for early check in before 2pm. 「We stayed at Mai Tai Express for one night before a cruise. The hotel is no frills but fit our needs perfectly. Check in was easy, the room was comfortable, and we were a short walk from the ship. There was even a place to have breakfast fight next door. I would definitely recommend it for cruise passengers.」
