「We got in very late (11:00 pm) so no attendant. Very dark too. The text instructions for finding our room were confusing as we went to the clubhouse, code didn’t work and then went to blue door. But we loved the room and location. 」

「Tracy went above and beyond to help us get a first floor room when there wasn’t one available. Stairs are a challenge for us right now so it was much appreciated that she was successful in getting a person booked on the second floor to swap with us. Much appreciated. Very kind. The hotel and its customers are very lucky to have her. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we come to Gloucester. The views from every room are awesome!」
